CHANTRAINE DANCE SEATED CLASSES
The Chantraine seated classes offer a chance to dance with other people and enjoy the freedom that dance can bring even while sitting in a chair.
The classes are carefully structured to ensure that everyone can enjoy a rich and safe experience together. There are also opportunities to dance around the chair, if appropriate.
